Enzo Pineda already considers his inclusion in StarStruck V's Final 14 an achievement; "it's really been a big achievement for me, [kasi] hindi ko talaga expect na nandito ako."
"Sobrang saya ang experience ko dito sa StarStruck," he adds. Kaya naman Enzo wants to enjoy every minute of being part of the show. "And of course, I feel so blessed [to be part of it]."
Growing in StarStruck
"I'm the type of person who always think positive sa lahat ng challenges na ibinibigay sa akin." And joining StarStruck, according to Enzo, has not changed this. Pero, he also reveals that his positivism made some parts of the competition harder for him:
"Ayaw kong nalulungkot 'yung mga tao around me." Which makes elimination nights especially hard for him kahit na hindi siya 'yung natatanggal. Lalo pa't isa sa mga inaral ni Enzo sa competition ang pagiging sensitive sa feelings ng ibang tao.
Sa course ng StarStruck V competition, Enzo says mas nakilala na niya ang sarili niya ngayon. "I learned more about myself," ika nga niya, "and how it is to be with other people."
Though, may isa pang natutunan si Enzo sa competition na ito, and that's to take out rice from his diet!
"Bago mag-StarStruck, medyo matakaw ako kumain," he confesses. Pero ngayon, "I'm following a strict no-rice diet. Iwas lang sa rice, dahil nakakalaki siya ng tiyan."
Enzo, Ultimate Male Survivor
"Hindi ko tingin sa sarili ko na magaling ako; I'm always eager to improve." Enzo says ito ang isa mga reasons na nakikita niya why he should be the next Ultimate Male Survivor. "Gutom na gutom ako to learn and learn, and to learn some more."
Dagdag pa niya, "someday, kung maging successful ako, [sasabihin ko] pa rin sa sarili ko na I have so much to improve pa rin." Enzo says learning is an ongoing process para sa mga artista; "hindi porque manalo ka ng StarStruck, magaling ka na."
Ngayon pa lang, kabado na si Enzo sa parating na Final Judgment. He tells iGMA.tv, "kinakabahan ako, siyempre, at the same time, excited ako. It's gonna be something big for me." And to make sure na hindi siya pangunahan ng kaba, Enzo says he's just making the most out of everything in StarStruck na lang.
Ultimately, Enzo hopes his being a positive person would help him in the competition—and he will accept whatever God gives him. Ika nga niya, "I put God in the center of everything that I do."
Of course, hindi rin kinakalimutan ni Enzo ang mga taong sumusuporta sa kanya since Day 1 of StarStruck. At ang kanyang message for them:
"Sa mga Enzopporters, EnzSarah, the best kayo. I love you so much. Hindi ako makakarating dito kundi dahil sa inyo, sa patuloy na suporta ninyo. I've been so blessed na nandito kayo para sa akin, and sana after StarStruck, mas makilala ko pa kayo ng mabuti."
Nagbitaw rin si Enzo ng promise sa kanyang mga supporters; "I will always put my feet on the ground, because I owe everything to you and especially to God. Kaya mas gagalingan ko para sa inyo. I'm always gonna make you proud, and I will always do my best, and hindi ako magbabago para sa inyo."
